you control get your choice of either menace or
+1/+0

Whenever one or more creatures you control attack,
you may mill 3 cards. If you do, you may put a land
and a creature milled this way into your hand.

Blood-bound (you may have Ferik be your second commander, but you may only cast Ferik this way
by sacrificing your commander.)
