Feroz' Portal

When Feroz' Portal enters the battlefield, exile
target face down creature an opponent controls.
If the exiled card is a permanent, create a token
copy of it. If it's a nonpermanent, copy it. You
may choose new targets for the copy. When
Feroz' Portal leaves the battlefield, return the
exiled card to its owner's hand.
