When you cast Ferrets Wheel, each player
takes a turn exiling a card from their hand,
a permanent they control, or refusing to exile
any more cards, until all players decline.
Each player who exiled at least one permanent
creates X 2/1 red green Ferret tokens.
Each player who exiled a card from their hand
draws X cards.
Ferrets Wheel's power is equal to X.
Where X is equal to the total number of cards
exiled this way.
