exile it with X fadeaway counters on it. During each
upkeep, you may remove a fadeaway counter from it.
If you do, activate its fadeaway ability. When it has
no more fadeaway counters on it, put it into its
owner's graveyard.)
Create a 3/3 black Giant creature token.
