Festival of Glories

At the beginning of your upkeep, look at
the top X cards of your library, where X is
the number of creatures you control. You
may reveal a creature card with power 2 or
less from among them and put it into your
hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your
library in a random order.
From order comes power and from power comes glory.
