Whenever a spell you control would counter a
spell or ability an opponent controls, starting
with you, each player votes for reward or denial.
If reward gets more votes, you get a reward
counter; otherwise, counter your spell.
Lose a reward counter: you choose two and target opponent choses one (the same option may be
chosen more than once):
* Gain 3 life * Add one mana of any color
* Draw a card
