Fever Pitch

When Fever Pitch enters the battlefield put a
fever counter on Fever Pitch. At the beginning
of each player's upkeep add 1 fever counter
to Fever Pitch. All creatures have haste and get
+1/+0 for each fever counter on Fever Pitch.
At your end step if there is 5 or more fever
counters on Fever Pitch, exile Fever Pitch and
all creatures receive X damage, where X is equal
to the total number of creatures in play.
