When Fidget Fetters enters the battlefield, name a nonland card.
Each card on the battlefield with the chosen name does not untap during untap phases.
Except for the stack, cards with the chosen name cannot change zones.(If it is in a player's hand, graveyard, library, or is in exile, it cannot be cast from there, and it cannot be moved from one of these zones to another.)
