Field Boss - Mountain

Summon the field boss of the mountain
from the tier 2 stack. If you're in the
mountain encounter the field boss. If you're
not in the mountain place the field boss in
the tier 2 zone removing the creature with
lowest Exp and placing it on the bottom of
the deck it belongs too.
