At the beginning of your end step, you may exile a
land card from your hand and put a growth
counter on it.

{1}{g}, Remove a growth counter from a land you
own in exile: Create a 1/1 green Saproling
creature token.

When Field Golem leaves the battlefield, return all
land cards exiled with growth counters on them to
the battlefield under their owners’ control.
