Field Stalker

When Field Stalker enters the battlefield gain
control of target creature an opponent controls and
tap it. For as long as you control Field Stalker, it
doesn't untap during your untap step.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player may pay 5 life, if they do, return each
creature you don't own to its owner's hand.
