Fiery Recall

Draw a card, then discard a card. If you have no
cards in your hand as Fiery Recall resolves,
instead draw three cards, then discard two cards.

Flame is not chaotic for a lack of stability. It follows
the flow of the world at all times, and throws cautions
to the wind that which it feeds upon. Indeed, the static
and malleable may be of better use to others, but those
who forget what flame's chaos can do are doomed to
be rudely reminded.
