At the start of every encounter, you and your allies
temporarily forfeit all spells requiring
a V (Verbal) component while simultaneously losing
P (Precision) component in every other spell.
At the start of every encounter, all units lose
all immunities to a Status Condition Mute.
Players cannot regain immunity to Mute.
When unit would be affected by Mute, that unit is
affected by 5 randomly chosen Status Conditions instead.
