Each nonland card in your hand without foretell
has foretell. Its foretell cost is equal to its mana
cost reduced by {2}.
Whenever you foretell for the third time in a
single turn, you may cast a spell, from the cards
exiled with foretell, without paying its mana cost.
You may look at the top card of your library at
any time and you may foretell cards from the top
of your library.
