When Final Hour enters the battlefield enchant
target player and put three times counters on it.
At the end of the enchanted players turn remove
a time counter. If you can't, enchanted player
loses the game.
Each time a time counter is removed enchanted
player draws a card and creates a 5/5 colorless Illusion creature token with shroud.
