Final Moments

At the beginning of each upkeep, put a flood counter on Final Moments. Then, that player loses one life and puts the top card of his or her graveyard for each flood counter on Final Moments.
As Gideon struggled with his restraints, he realized he had lost his strength as he did his spark. His fate was decided.
