Final Resting Place

When a creature you control dies,
you may pay {3} and sacrifice Final resting place, if you do, return that creature to the battlefield under your control and with a
+1/+1 counter on it.
When a Legendary creature enters the battlefield, return Final Resting place to the battlefield.
