Final Silence

Target opponent cannot play spells, activate any
abilities of permanents they control, or block
with any creatures until their next turn. At the
beginning of that opponent's upkeep,
that player wins the game.
Ultimatum (You may not cast more than one spell
with Ultimatum per game. Spells with Ultimatum
cannot be copied.)
