Final Verdict

Choose a creature at random.
Two players chosen randomly each secretly vote innocent or guilty.
If both players voted innocent, put 5 +1/+1 counters on all chosen creatures.
If one player votes innocent and one player votes guilty, choose another creature at random.
If both players vote guilty, destroy all chosen creatures.
A fair trial should be provided for all cases.
