Finale of Determination

Return any number of target creature cards with
total converted mana cost X or less from
graveyards to the battlefield under your control.
They gain haste and "At the beginning of the
end step, sacrifice this creature." If X is 10 or
more or if you spent {w}{u}{b}{r}{g}{c} on this spell,
you can't lose the game and your opponents can't
win the game while you control a permanent of
each color and a land of each basic land type for
the rest of the game.
