Finite Resources

When Finite Resources enters the battlefield,
each player chooses up to five lands they
control and sacrifices the rest.
Lands cannot enter the battlefield as long as X
or more lands are on the battlefield, where X
is five times the number of players.
Permanents and spells you own with a color in
their color identity other than white have no
abilities.
