When Fire Monk enters the battlefield, you
may cast an instant or sorcery spell with
mana value 3 or less from your graveyard
without paying for it's mana cost. If a spell
is cast this way, exile it.
At the beginning of your endstep, if you
control 2 or fewer cards in your hand, Fire
Monk deals 2 damage to any target.
