Firebolt

Allows the user three turns in a game.
It may be used as many times as the owner wants
per day,but each use costs 100 XP, and gets an
additional 50 XP added to that cost for each
additional use past the first. So, if you
use it twice one day, you pay 250 XP, and
3 times would be a total of 450 XP. The XP
cost resetsto 100 at the beginning of every day.
