Exile target permanent an opponent controls.
That player reveals cards from the top of their
library until they reveal a card that shares a card
type with cards exiled by cards named Fires of Oblivion. That player puts that card onto the battlefield and then shuffles their library.
Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile
it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep,
you may cast this card from exile without paying its
mana cost.)
