Five Rivers or Sacrifice

{t}: Add either {w}, {u}, {b}, {r} or {g} to your mana
pool.
{5}, {t}: Sacrifice a single color creature.
Depending on it's color, do the following;
{w} - add 5 life.
{u} - draw two cards.
{b} - put three -1/-1 counters on target creature.
{r} - destroy target creature.
{g} - put three +1/+1 counters on target creature.
