Fizzle, Saline Scoundrel

Whenever Fizzle, Saline Scoundrel deals combat
damage to a creature, put a Salinification
counter on that creature.
At the start of each upkeep, exile each permanent
with a Salinification counter on it. Then return
it to the battlefield under your control, except it
loses all abilities and card types and is a basic
colorless land called Wastes.
