Flail of Dreams

Forged from the dreams of your ancestors, this
flail radiates a familiar energy. As part of a long
rest you can imbue the flail with up to three
charges of your dreams, or nightmares. You may
expend a charge to choose from the following;
On a hit, Cast Phantasmal Force on the target;
Imbue your weapon with psychic energy dealing
an extra 1d8 psychic damage for 1d6 rounds;
Extend the flail's range to 10' for 1d6 rounds.
Effects may stack. Requires Attunement.
