Flame Blade

You evoke a blade made of fire in a free
hand. Sick, I know. Looks like a scimitar,
feels like a sharp fireplace. You may attack
using a spell attack, (1d20+proficiency+WIS).
It deals 3d6 damage on a hit, and while it's
out you can use it as a torch as it casts
bright light for 10 feet and dim light for an
additional 10. Lasts for one minute.
