Deal X damage to target creature or player. If the kicker cost is payed, instead deal X damage to target creature and twice X damage to that creature's controller.
What is better than a fireball? A fireball inside a fireball that is also slightly different and stuff. And everybody loves kicker; we kinda had to put that in this card.
