Flame of Persistence

Enchant creature.
You may only enchant creature with power 2 or less, enchanted creature has Persist (When this creature dies, if it had no -1/-1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a -1/-1 counter on it.)
When enchanted creature dies you may attach Flame of Persistence to another creature with power 2 or less you control.
