Whenever you cast an instant of sorcery spell,
Flame-Spinner deals damage to each of up to
two targets equal to the number of mountains
you control.
At the beginning of your upkeep reveal the cards
from the top library until you get an instant or
sorcery card. for each land you pass, until end of
turn, instant and sorcery cards cost {1} less to cast.
