Flame Strike

A vertical column of fire roars down from the
heavens. Each creature in a 10 ft radius, 40 ft
high cylinder makes a Dex save. A creature takes
4d6 fire damage and 4d6 radiant damage on a
failure, or half as much on a success.
At Higher Levels. Each extra spell slots increases
the fire or radiant damage (your choice) by 1d6.
