Helms Steadfast:
You may expend a charge as a reaction
to have the shield function as an immovable
rod for 1 minute. Any creature that attempts
to move the shield, other than the wielder,
takes 1D6 fire damage and drains a charge
from the shield. The shield falls if there are
no charges remaining within it.
