Flamescale Clutch

Flamescale Clutch enters the battlefield with two incubate counters on it.
At the beginning of your end step, if your
devotion to red is four or greater, remove an
incubate counter from Flamescale Clutch.
{1}{r}{r}: Create a 2/2 red Dragon creature token
with flying and haste. Activate only if there are
no incubate counters on Flamescale Clutch and
only once each turn.
