Flare of mana

until the end of your next turn, whenever a player taps a land for mana they add 2 extra mana of any colour that land would produce to that players mana pool
whenever mana would leave a players mana pool, until your next end step, Flare of Mana deals damage to that player equal to the amount of mana that left the mana pool.
