Flaring Flames

If a source you control would deal damage to a player, it deals 1 damage to each opponent.
When an opponent plays a spell, you may exile a spell, permanent or card from your graveyard with the same converted mana cost as that spell. If you do, Flaring Flames deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
