Flashbolt

Scry 2, then reveal the top card of your library. An opponent may exile that card. If they do, Flashbolt deals damage to any
target equal to the exiled card's converted
mana cost. Otherwise, draw a card. (Look at
the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom of your library
and the rest on top in any order.)
