When Flea-Bit, Reckless Goblin enters the battlefield, choose Rakdos or Izzet.
Rakdos - Whenever a land enters the battlefield, Flea-Bit deals 2 damage to that land's controller.
Izzet - Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Flea-Bit deals 2 damage to each opponent.
