Fleeting Reality

Each player skips their draw step.
During each player's turn, that player swaps
their hand with an opponent at random, then
discards half the cards in their hand, rounded
up.
{2}: Select an opponent at random. Draw a card
from that's opponent's deck. Any player may
activate this ability.
