When you cast Flicker of God, each opponent
loses twenty life, you gain life equal to the total
amount of life lost this way.
When you cast Flicker of God, draw cards equal
to the number of permanents on the battlefield.
You have no maximum hand size for the rest of
the game. Then exile up to one target artifact, enchantment, creature, planeswalker, and land.
When Flicker of God enters the battlefield, exile Flicker of God.
