charm counter on any target creature.
{2}{u}{u},{t}: Exile each creature you control with
a charm counter and return them to the
battlefield with a shield counter.
{2}{b}{b},{t}: Target player taps each creature they control with a charm counter. Put a -1/-1
counter on those creatures.
