Flood

For every {1} paid for {x}, deal 1 damage to non-
flying creatures. If more than {5} was paid,
destroy all non-flying creatures. If more than
{6} was paid,then deal 1 damage per {1}paid
in for {x} to all creatures, minus 5 for flying
creatures. If more than {10} was paid for {x},
destroy all creatures.
