Fluoric Reef

"Well its a kelp, they are plants. Bright yellow
as if has been blessed directly by Celestials.
This is the last known reef known to support
Radiant Kelp. When its light fades some feel
that a piece of the heavens will fade as its light
dims for the last time. At least that is what I
