Flurry of Fire Pots

Destroy all creatures with power or toughness 3
or greater, excluding ONE creature you control.
For each creature that remain on an opponents
battlefield on your end step, that player takes
damage equal to half the total power or
toughness of remaining creatures on their
battlefield, rounded up.
