Fly in Backup

When Fly in Backup has been cast, select any
number and create that many Anticipation
counters on it. Create one Electricity counter for
every 10 Anticipation counters placed, rounding
down. At the end of your end step, remove a
number of Anticipation counters equal to your
time counters. When there are no Anticipation
counters on Fly in Backup, create X Conduit
tokens with "Conduit's power and toughness are
equal to the number of Conduits under your
control." for every Electricity counter.
