Folding Boat

It can be opened to store items inside. The boat
has three one-action Command words.
1: 10 ft. long x 4 ft. wide x 2 ft. deep -4 medium
creatures (1 set of oars, anchor, mast, sail)
2: 24 ft. long x 8 ft. wide x 6 ft. deep -15 medium
creatures (5 sets of oars, steering oar, anchor,
deck cabin, mast, sail)
3: Boat returns to packed box form (provided
no creatures are aboard). All items that fit inside
are stored in the box, otherwise the items remain
outside.
