The first time you would proliferate each turn, proliferate an additional time.
At the beginning of your upkeep you get a Splint
counter. Whenever another creature you control takes
damage, you may remove any number of splint
counters from yourself and put that many +1 | +1
counters on that creature. Activate only once each turn.
