Follow the Moon

Follow the Moon enters the battlefield with
a tide counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a tide
counter on Follow the Moon.
Blue creatures you control get +1/+1 for each
tide counter on Follow the Moon.

As the moon rises, so too does the tide’s power.
