At the beginning of your end step pick a number 1 through 6, then
roll a six-sided die. You win if the die landed on the number that
you chose.
If you win the roll then another target player chosen at random
gains control of Foolish Goblin.
If you lose the roll then Foolish Goblin deals 2 damage to each
creature you control.
