As an additional cost to cast Forbidden Art, sacrifice a creature.
Exile target creature card from a graveyard. Create a token that's a copy of that creature except it's a black Skeleton in addition to its other colors and types and has "{b}: Regenerate this creature."
Two are needed to start it. Only one will see it finished.
